I wanted to show you the before photo again of this house renovation where Update Renovate built a new second story addition so that you can see the amazing transformation of this home.

In the lower level Update Renovate has built a beautiful new kitchen with a very generous area of bench space and storage, a breakfast bar, all new appliances and a computer/study knook. Bifold windows open out onto the back verandah with a wonderful featured timber severy. How perfect is that for serving meals and snacks to your family and friends who are sitting out there on the verandah!
Next we have a walk through series of photos showing the new upper level interior that features a family room, master bedroom, second bedroom and ensuite. I haven’t included a photo of the walk-in-robe but its something this office mouse would wish for!
Don’t the polished floors look lovely and there is so much extra space now with the new second level.
