Look at this home renovation job in Brisbane by Update Renovate, it’s only been one week since I was at this job and there’s been so much happening!

The painters have already completed most of the new second story inside and are now working on the exterior.

The new upstairs bathroom is wet sealed ready for the tiler and the work is well underway downstairs with the major home renovation work.

Dave and Phil are removing the old internal lining and putting up new ceiling battens and wall framing to the extended dining / living area.  The other photo shows the doors leading from the verandah on the new upper level into the very spacious lounge retreat area.

This next photo was taken last Friday when Dave, Phil and Derek were busy preparing the driveway area that was to be widened.

In the last week the concreting has been done, along with the raized entry to the new front door which looks spectacular!

Well its been such a busy week at this home renovation job in Brisbane, and theres so much more to come in the next week.

Dave said for the office mouse to come back next Thursday when the living / dining area will be sheeted, the new internal stair balustrades will be installed and the painters will be well on there way with the exterior painting work.
