This latest home renovation project in Brisbane by Update Renovate is called a “Build-in-under” which will incorporate 2 new bedrooms with built-in-robes, bathroom, wet bar, laundry, storeroom and rumpus room downstairs.
Upstairs the renovations include a new open plan living and dining area.
This home renovation project also includes the building of retaining walls and extending the existing carport.
The very capable Tim and Luke are in charge of this renovation job and this week have just completed the new concrete slab.
All set to go for the concrete slab to be poured. Concrete in and the form work has been removed.

Rob the bricklayer will be there next week to build the concrete block retaining walls before Tim and Luke start putting up the wall framing. So there will be plenty to see next week when the office mouse visits the site again!
