The past weeks progress on the new second level extension to this home in Brisbane has seen the tile roof laid and the sarking going on.  Over the past two days there has been a hive of activity with the house renovations, with the electricians and the plumber busy doing there inital work or rough ins. 

The second story extension is really taking shape now that Tim and Luke have the wall frames and roof trusses up.

The first stage of the house extension in Brisbane by Update Renovate has begun.  As the office mouse mentioned in the previous blog the extension being built is a new second story.    The house extension will include a new master bedroom with a walk-in-robe, ensuite, two additional bedrooms with built-in-robes and a bathroom, all to the new upper level.

The office mouse is back (about time!) and Update Renovate has just begun a new second story addition to a house in Brisbane.

This new kitchen and walk-in-pantry are looking fantastic as the final stage of the extension and renovation to this Brisbane home nears completion.

Pete the Tiler has done yet another great tiling job, laying tiles to almost the entire downstairs area.
