The first stage of the house extension in Brisbane by Update Renovate

Tim and Luke are powering ahead with the floor framework and sheeting, next they will construct the wall frames, stand them and secure the roof trusses once they arrive on site. 

These photos are care of Tims phone, thank you Tim for helping out the busy office mouse and saving her a trip out there!

At this early stage the tarps are kept at hand to cover the exposed roof space should the weather turn

and at the end of each day the tarps are secured to protect the roof area.

Once the roof trusses are secured the roofing will go on.  Its such an exciting stage of the job for our clients, suddenly they see their new upper level extension really taking shape! 

Its always such a satisfying stage for the teams building them too, seeing their highly skilled efforts take shape.
