The Simple Process

We work with you every step of the way:

• Obligation free consultation with the registered builder, Kevin Hattin.

• Concept stage; you work with our design team to establish a design and a budget that suits your needs. You are only invoiced for the Concept and written quote should you decide not to proceed with your investment.

• Detailed Specifications, Engineer designs, a Fixed Price Contract and Plans are prepared for Council approval.

• When finance has been approved; the Plans, Engineer designs and Specifications are submitted to Council.

• Once Plans are approved, we arrange the start date and the deposit is paid ready for construction to commence.

• Construction fully completed; with design and workmanship at a premium the investment that you have made in extending your home, has not only provided additional living space but added value to be enjoyed for many years to come.

During all phases of the job the builder, Kevin Hattin will keep you informed of the planned work schedule so you can plan ahead making any necessary selections.

Maximum care is taken with your property and furnishings, each tradesman always taking care to leave the site clean and tidy.
